In the Vision2 Software; Click Help>Remote Support



To download Teamviewer from our website;

Click "Support" at the top right portion of the screen

Click "Remote Support" from the dropdown option


Teamviewer will download


Run the program by clicking "Run"



It will ask  "This program wants to make changes to your PC" Click "Yes"


Provide the technician with your ID and password (as shown below)
