If you are unable to find the vehicle you are trying to measure and your computer is on the internet, make sure your index is updated.
A) Update your index electronically
Vision 2 - Select Help in the top left corner and click "update software"
(Online updates are no longer supported on software older than Vision2)
B) Run your latest Car-O-Data DVD update (sent out quarterly)
C) Create a support ticket or call software support and they can email you the data file which you will save to a thumb drive, save to your Car-O-Liner computer then with the program closed open the file (see attached)
