Your lock up code is a 10 digit number provided to you via email once a year after paying your yearly data subscription. You will use the same code for the entire year. If your computer is online and your software settings are looking to the internet, your lock up code will be installed into your software automatically when reopening your program. If your program is not on the internet it should prompt you to enter your lock up code example below;
